Sunday 11:00 AM Eucharist

July 14 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

We welcome you in Jesus name to celebrate with us at our 11:00 AM Sunday Eucharist as we celebrate Eighth Sunday after Pentecost. Fr. Samuel David Zumwalt preaches, “Holy Keys: Holy Destroyer” (Amos 7:7-15). The color of the day is green, which signifies growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Father, and the Holy Spirit.

From the console of our 47 rank Austin pipe organ with trompette-en-chamade, Bill Glisson, leads the singing of joyous hymns: “All Things Bright and Beautiful” (Entrance); “Jesus, Priceless Treasure” (Hymn of the Day); “God the Omnipotent” (Recessional). Our Sunday distribution hymns are: “Open our Eyes, Lord”; “Let Justice Flow Like Streams“; “For the Bread Which You Have Broken.”

Special music for the weekend: Bill Glisson’s (organ) prelude is “All Things Bright and Beautiful” (Biery). Clare Zumwalt, soprano, sings at the Sunday 11 a.m. offering “Shall We Gather at the River” (Lowry). Bill Glisson’s (organ) postlude “March in C” (Purcell).
