More Unsung Saints on the way for Advent 2019

Watch for another round of Unsung Saints. Pastor Sam writes daily about the people who have helped to shape his life and ministry. Because we Lutherans confess we are simultaneously saints and sinners by virtue of our Baptism into Christ’s death and resurrection, not all of the unsung saints seem very saintly. But each has had an impact on Pr. Sam’s life, and, the goal is to get you to reflect on and give thanks for those who have helped to bring you to the present day. And, by God’s grace, we keep growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ through the Word and Sacraments.

We practice the faith so that it will be there when we need it…most!
