A: Almighty Father, we pray for the Church: lead her that she may mightily reflect Your light to those in darkness and call the sinner to mend his ways and to believe the Gospel. Lord, in your mercy,
C: hear our prayer.

A: Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of life in this world from the moment of conception until we take our last breath. Look with kindness upon all pregnant women and their babies, especially remembering Aimee Peterson and Kāttie Duff. We give you thanks for the birthdays of Bob Wooley; Ron Funke; Carolyn Hooker; Jake Wade; Ben Stroehl; Max Banning; and Steve Salber. Lord, in your mercy,
C: hear our prayer.

A: Gracious Father, we pray for our country and those who govern us; for the family, for the homes in which our people dwell, for faithful husbands and wives, for the children in our care, for those who have suffered miscarriage, and for those unable to conceive. We give thanks for those celebrating anniversaries. Lord, in your mercy,
C: hear our prayer.

A: Loving Father, heal the sick, relieve the suffering, comfort the grieving and give peace to the dying. We pray for Brad Cook; Vivian Alexander; Tina Medlin; Patty Macino; Rich Truax; Tom Kern; Pastor Herb Kern; Micki Matthess; Jim Caldwell; Arthur & Barbara Moore; Cheryl Kuske; Shannon Icard; Adrienne Porter; Steve Griffin; Dwight Crim; Al Birnstein; Russ Kuhn; Ava Smith; Virginia Mough; Kenny Wooley; Ken Manning; Tom & Margo Russell; Johanna Hill; Christine Dingfelder; Dan Sparks; Michelle Quinlan; Tim Hart; for those fighting addictions; for mourners including those mourning the deaths of dear ones in New Zealand; for those persecuted for Jesus’ sake; and those we name aloud or in our hearts, [pause]. Lord, in your mercy,
C: hear our prayer.

A: Kind Father, bless our reception of Holy Communion this day, that we may eat with faith and in repentance the blessed food of Christ’s flesh for the life of the world and His precious blood that cleanses us from all sin. By this Holy Eucharist, fill us with rejoicing and longing for the future You have prepared and the blessed reunion of those who have gone before, when at last we shall be united in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in His Kingdom without end. Lord, in your mercy,
C: hear our prayer.

Pastor: Into your hands, dear Father, we commend all for whom we pray trusting in your mercy through your Son Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
