C: hear our prayer.

A: Almighty Father, on this Mother’s Day, graciously accept our thanksgiving for our mothers, whether living or with you now, whom You have given to us. Teach us to honor them aright — loving, obeying and giving thanks for them, as is fitting in Your sight. Lord, in your mercy,

C: hear our prayer.

A: Generous Father, we thank you for the gift of life in this world, born and unborn, and especially for the birth of Cailynn Diana Boyer. Guard and keep in safety all pregnant women and their babies, especially remembering Diana Stacy, Arielle Nelson, Hayley Smotherly; and their children. We give you thanks for the birthdays of Sophia Pilcher; Lani Beuerman; Lou Ann Mayfield; Leah Sparks; Fred Doll; Sadie Mae Fauser; Sherry Andrew; Laura Fritz; Traci Boyer; Claire Rappold; Mandy Harrington; and Frank Felter. Lord, in your mercy,

A: Gracious Father, grant grace to the homes where your people dwell that husbands and wives may be firmly connected to Jesus, the true Vine: that they may bear much fruit in their life together and so be a blessing to many. We ask your blessing on those preparing for Christian marriage including Larsen Wharton and Caroline Shaver; and we rejoice with those husbands and wives marking their wedding anniversaries: Arthur & Christine Dingfelder. Lord, in your mercy,

C: hear our prayer.

Lord, in your mercy,

C: hear our prayer.

A: Loving Father, grant that, having received the testimony of the water, blood, and your Spirit in Holy Baptism, we may also receive it in the body and blood of Jesus in the Holy Supper and so overcome the world by our faith in Him. Lord, in your mercy,

C: hear our prayer.

Pastor: All these things and whatever else You know that we need, grant us, Father, for the sake of Him who died and rose again and now lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever. C: Amen.
