November 20, 2022

WELCOME IN THE NAME OF JESUS! Worship with us at our 11:00 AM Sunday Eucharist on the Solemnity of Christ the King. The Rev’d. Fr. Samuel David Zumwalt preaches, “Holy Baptism: Delivers” (Colossians 1:11-20). The color of the day is white signifying the joy and purity of the life and love of the Holy Trinity.

From the console of our 47 rank Austin pipe organ with trompette-en-chamade, Bill Glisson leads on Saturday at 6 p.m. and on Sunday morning in the singing of joyous hymns: “Rejoice the Lord Is King” (Entrance); “The Head That Once Was Crowned with Thorns” (Hymn of the Day); “Lord Enthroned in Heavenly Splendor” (Sunday Recessional). Our Sunday distribution hymns are: “Beautiful Savior”; “Thine the Amen”; and “Soon and Very Soon.”

Special music for the weekend includes: Bill Glisson’s organ prelude “The Head That Once Was Crowned” (Wold); The Adult Bell Choir plays “Rejoice” (Debrinski) at the 11 a.m. prelude; Jan Betts & Teresa Hall sing “There Is a Higher Throne” (Getty) at the 11am offering.
