Casey Bartholomew
Parish Involvement Intern
Casey Bartholomew began an 18-month internship in June 2026. He serves the parish ten hours weekly in three areas: leading service projects both at and beyond St. Matthew’s, creating sports activities for our congregation, and participating with Kristine, his wife and our Director of Youth and Family Ministries, in a new St. Matthew’s Young Couples’ Group.
Casey is a cradle Lutheran from Columbus IN and a May 2026 graduate of Concordia University Texas, where he was in the church work program. During his years in Austin, he played on Concordia’s Division III basketball team.
